Advanced Queue Management

System (AQMS) with Token System

 

Advanced queue Management System (AQMS) with Token System has been established at e-Disha Centre Sirsa which facilitates the public with the following objectives:-

  • A Unique waiting Number is allotted to each customer for respective counter.
  • Current Number is displayed at LED screen.
  • Improved waiting time. Relaxed and more receptive customers as they wait in a comfortable seating area.
  • Enhanced Productivity.
  • Customers are served by the staff with the appropriate expertise for better customer experience.
  • Better time management. Customers can organise their time efficiently to process other transactions with the knowledge that they will be served within an approximately determined time.


 

It also provides the management to achieve the following objectives :-
    • Recognise individual staffs' performance
    • Improve staff productivity thus leading to more efficiency and systematised approach towards work execution.
    • Generating Periodic Reports
    • Data are constantly backed-up, hence in the event of power failure or computer failure, this system will automatically resume in issuing the next sequential queue number when power is restored
